Prior to founding the firm, Juliana worked with the Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU), Mono & Advocates, Mrosso & Associates and Compassion International in the capacity of a Legal Officer and Researcher, respectively. Her areas of practice include Corporate Law, Family Law, Employment and Labor Relations, Succession and Trust.
Holds a bachelor of Jurisprudence degree LLB (Juris), a bachelor of laws degree (LLB), a master of laws (LLM) and a master’s in business administration (MBA). Prior to co-founding the firm, he worked as an accomplished lecturer at various universities where he taught International Trade and Investment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Law of Contract, and International Law. His area of practice is on International Trade and Investment, Cooperate Law, Capital Markets and Securities, Finance and Banking and Revenue law and Taxation.
Admitted to the bar since 2012. He is a holder of a bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), Post graduate Diploma in Law, (Mediation and Arbitration) as well as a Masters of Laws degree (LLM). His areas of practice include Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration Law, Oil, Gas and Energy Law, Environment and Natural Resources Law and Corporate Law. Adv. Mwamukonda leads the firm’s litigation team and manages the firms Dar es Salaam branch.

Adv. Suzan Japhet holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice and Bachelor of Laws Degree. She is a qualified and competent lawyer with vibrant energy and enthusiasm. She specialises on Construction Law, Land Law and Conveying and Insurance Law. Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Susan worked with D’Souza and Company Advocates, and interned at the Resident Magistrates’ Court at Arusha.
Adv. Mercy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She is very and Bachelor of Laws Degree.
Adv. Mercy is a very dedicated, Professional and result oriented Advocate. Prior to joining the firm she worked for Excellence Attorneys as a Legal Officer and interned at the Parastatal Pensions Fund (PPF). Mercy specialises in Immigration Law, Family Law, Employment and Labour Relations as well as Succession and Trust.
Adv. Hamidu holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice and a Bachelor of Laws Laws Degree as well as a Certificate in Law. He is a very aggressive lawyer but professional in approach. Adv. Hamidu specialises in Corporate Law, Banking & Finance Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and General Litigation. Prior to joining the Firm he interned with Tanzania Shipping Agency Corporation (TASAC).

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for several law firms including Elite Attorneys, Austin & Wilson Advocates as well as Kisaka & Associates Advocates. Adv. Moses has a special niche for civil litigation and he also specializes in corporate law.
Adv. Mafuti possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She kicked started her legal career at Troy Corporate Attorneys and continues practice with the Firm. Adv. Mafuti takes charge of legal research and drafting and has a passion for employment, immigration as well as family law.

He is a young, competent and a very zealous lawyer who is personally tutoring himself on Capital Markets and Security Law as well as Financial Markets. Mr. Mshitu assists the Senior Partners and Associates in discharging various assignments of the firm.
MR. Victor holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and is currenly Pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Mr. Victor executes an array of clerical functions in the firm including handing correspondence filling and service of pleadings, summons, updates the firms schedule of activities as well as performs other functions as assigned daily.
Is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Education but aspires to be a legal practitioner in the near future. Mr. Kibacha is the firm’s liaison officer in Dodoma (Capital City) and his job is to ensure that our clients’ matters are fast tracked and closely followed through while being processed by Government Departments and Agencies. He also provides daily vital feedback to our offices in Arusha and Dar es Salaam. Mr. Kibacha scores us points on speed, efficiency and timely delivery of our client’s assignments.
