JULIANA JAPHET MONO (Advocate)

Ms. Juliana Japhet Mono holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law School of Tanzania and Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from Tumaini University at Makumira Campus in Tanzania. She is a qualified, competent, energetic, result oriented, self-motivated, analytical and dynamic lawyer with strong analytical, negotiating and legal drafting skills and a profound legal experience of demonstrated achievements in the legal field.
Juliana worked as Assistant Legal Researcher at Pan African Lawyers Union (PALU) in Arusha, Tanzania and has dealt with cases filed before the African Court of Human and Peoples’ Rights as well as the East African Court of Justice. Prior to this, Juliana has also worked as a Legal Officer and Researcher at Mono & Advocates Law firm in Arusha as well as with Mrosso & Associates – Advocates as a Legal Officer and Legal and Financial Department Co-ordinator. She has also worked at Compassion International (Headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania) as a Translator. She has previously also worked as a trainee at the Court of Resident Magistrate in Arusha.

SIPHO LIMBE - Esq.

He is a multi-skilled legal officer, an accomplished Legal Consultant in Trade and Investment Law. A holder of Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB), Bachelor Degree in Jurisprudence (LLB-Juris), Master of Law in Human Rights (LLM) from University of Cape Town (SA), MBA from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and Currently completing his LLD (PhD) in South Africa at North West University. He has vast experience as a law lecturer and training in International Trade and Investment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Law of Contract, Public International Law, Law of the child, Private International Law and Jurisprudence. He has worked as adjoin lecturer at Nyerere Research Center for Arcadia University USA as an International Law expert. Further, Mr Limbe is a well known consultant for MSTCDC in Human Rights and child Rights. He has worked as a consultant for Save the children Norway in Zambia in evaluation and monitoring of their programs in the implementation of Convention of the Rights of the Child. He has worked as a resource person for ESAMI in training Tanzanian Advocates in Land Law issues. Sipho has worked as a consultant for East African Law society in curriculum development in International Criminal Law and World vision on women protection from abuse. Further, the is the Senior Legal Consultant with Caucus for Children’s Rights in Arusha and holds the same position at Pan African Lawyers Union as seasonal Rapporteur and Legal Adviser he is also a member.

Isakwisa Lameck Mwamukonda ( Advocate)

Admitted to the bar since 2012. He is holder of a bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) Post graduate Diploma in Law, (Mediation and Arbitration) as well as a Masters of Laws (LLM). His areas of specialization include Employment and Labor Law, Arbitration Law, Environment and Natural Resources Law, Oil and Gas Law and Cooperate Law. Mr. Mwamukonda draws experience form working with both the private and public sector in the capacity as a Legal Officer and State Attorney Respectively. After completing his undergraduate degree in 2006, he interned and did his pupilage at Law Associates Advocates 2007- 2008

MS. SUZAN M. JAPHET – LEGAL OFFICER

Ms. Suzan M. Japhet holds a Post Graduate Diploma Degree from the Law School of Tanzania. She is also a holder of Bachelor of Laws Degree from Tumaini University Makumira Campus. She is a qualified and competent lawyer with a vibrant energy and enthusiasm in Legal Research and drafting, Company Law, Probate Law, Public and Private International Law as well as Contract Law. Ms. Japhet has worked with D’Souza and Company Advocates in Arusha as a Legal Intern, as well as the Resident Magistrates’ Court at Arusha and Arusha City Counsel as a Legal Trainee.
